Some vegetarian diets significantly reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and death

Eating a vegetarian, vegan or lacto-ovo vegetarian diet significantly reduces the  risk of premature death from all types of cancer, heart disease and  cardiovascular disease. A new  analysis of the ‘background’ of over 20 years of research.
